Synopsis

New Ager women's shelter director Sparrow reveals her friends she is now in a relationship with a man and now identifies as a "bisexual lesbian". Her new partner is a Jewish activist named Stuart Goodman, a staunch environmentalist. We follow Lois and Mo's workday at Madwimmin Bookstore, a feminist bookstore. Clarice proposes to Toni, even though the state doesn't recognize same-sex marriage, yet they get married in their backyard in a public ceremony.
