Joey Lynn King (born July 30, 1999) is an American actress. She starred as Ramona Quimby in the comedy film Ramona and Beezus (2010). She gained wider recognition for her lead role as a late-blooming teenager in The Kissing Booth film series (2018–2021). King received critical acclaim for playing Gypsy-Rose Blanchard in the crime drama series The Act (2019), for which she was nominated for a Primetime Emmy Award and a Golden Globe Award. King has also appeared in the films Battle: Los Angeles (2011), Crazy, Stupid, Love (2011), The Dark Knight Rises (2012), The Conjuring (2013), White House Down (2013), Oz the Great and Powerful (2013), Independence Day: Resurgence (2016), and Going in Style (2017), as well as in the FX black comedy series Fargo (2014–2015). Adventures of Sailor Mercury Ami in the dark world of Dungeon Keeper. Dungeon Keeper Ami is a highly popular, long-running crossover fanfiction written by Pusakuronu. It blends the magical girl anime universe of Sailor Moon with the dark, satirical fantasy strategy video game series Dungeon Keeper. During a battle in the first season of Sailor Moon, Ami Mizuno (Sailor Mercury) chases General Jadeite through an interdimensional portal. The portal closes prematurely, trapping her deep underground in an unfamiliar, harsh fantasy realm called Adushul. The Deal with the Devil: Stranded in an abandoned dungeon, she encounters a hostile, trapped Horned Reaper. To avoid immediate execution, she is forced to bond her soul to a Dungeon Heart, officially transforming her into a Dungeon Keeper. By bonding with the heart, her soul is claimed by the realm's malicious Dark Gods. She cannot return to Earth unless she figures out a way to break the contract, reclaim her soul, and defeat the dark entities binding her. Ami relies on her intellect and real-world scientific knowledge to "cheese" her way through survival, engineering highly efficient dungeon defenses. She faces a multi-front war. Surface heroes and "Forces of Good" automatically perceive her as an inherently evil monster to be purged. Meanwhile, rival Dark Keepers view her as a target to conquer. Ami struggles to stay true to her pacifistic, heroic principles while commanding armies of monsters (like goblins, warlocks, and vampires) and performing necessary evils just to survive.
