Synopsis

It's Dumbo's first Halloween, and the Ringmaster plans to do a haunted circus featuring vampire clowns, and ghost acrobats, and Dumbo as a flying skeleton elephant. But his mother, Mrs. Jumbo, and Timothy Mouse try to convince Dumbo to face his fear of spooks on Halloween. Lasts 23 minutes long.

Description of Mrs. Jumbo:

Mrs. Jumbo is Dumbo's mother. She doesn't like it when everybody makes fun of Dumbo for his big ears. When she tried to protect her baby from bullies, she went insane and the ringmaster was forced to put her in solitary confinement. Then when Dumbo could fly, she and her baby were reunited on the caboose of the circus train, Casey Jr.
