Valerie is one of Helen's friends. She's direct (and sometimes a little brute) and has little patience for the everyday life stuff. She's kinda melancholic and has a passion for her voleyball team, but above all she loves to tease Reyna who's always excited with everything. Despite all the teasing, whenever Reyna feels down, Valerie is one of the firsts to come to her aid, specially after her friend got her heart broken by the popular guy. Ever since, she tagged along with Helen's despise for him and decided to protect Reyna from another heartbreak. But everyhting turns to worst when the next one to hurt Reyna's feelings is their always kind friend Emily.
