The Soul of a Brother
Flung forward in time by the Cataclysm, Raistlin, Caramon, and Crysania arrive in a war-torn future-that-is-past, caught in the middle of the devastating Dwarfgate Wars. While Caramon rediscovers his strength and purpose amidst the brutal conflict, Raistlin sees his path to godhood laid bare. He must conquer the dark fortress of Zhaman and defeat the spirit of the ancient evil wizard, Fistandantilus. The final act is a race against fate itself. As Raistlin steps into the Abyss for his final confrontation with a god, Caramon, aided by Tasslehoff, makes a desperate leap through time to face him at the threshold of ultimate power. The test is not one of magic or might, but of will, memory, and love, as one brother must save the other from his own triumph.
