The Supreme Kai’s are in charge of all the Kai’s of the universe. The Supreme Kai of the East (pictured here) is introduced initially as a mysterious fighter who enters the 26th World Martial Arts Tournament because of an imposing man named Spopovich. Eventually, he reveals he’s trying to stop the resurrection of Majin Buu, a terrifying creature of great power. East Supreme Kai is calm and rational, but is ignorant of many things, due to his lack of training.
