The very first villain that Goku faces, Pilaf is a dwarfish blue creature that desires world domination. To achieve this, he collects the Dragon Balls to make the wish. Pilaf is the merciless yet clumsy leader of the Pilaf Gang, and despite him being the "brains" of the operation, he can be immature like a child at times too. To add insult to injury, Pilaf gets the Dragon Balls to make him younger, but it ends up turning him into a kid. After that, the Pilaf Gang reforms and are usually found assisting Bulma in her workshop.
