After the Wicked Witch of the West casts an amnesia spell on Dorothy, she no longer remembers her friends and where she is and who she is, not even wearing her ruby slippers on her feet. So Scarecrow, Tin Man, Lion, Toto, Wilhelmina and her 2 flying monkeys (now good guys) take her back to Emerald City to inform Queen Ozma what happened. And in order to help Dorothy get her memory back, her friends tell her every story of how she came to the land of Oz, when she befriended Glinda and the Munchkins of Munchkinland, when she first encountered the Wicked Witch of the West, how she got the ruby slippers on her feet, when she began her journey to Emerald City to see the Wizard of Oz, when she met Scarecrow with no brain, Tin Man with no heart, and Lion with no courage, and every adventure she and her friends went on together, especially Wilhelmina and her monkeys Frank & Lyman.
