In the distant future, humanity has expanded its reach to Mars, establishing research facilities on the planet. The Union Aerospace Corporation (UAC) conducts experiments involving teleportation and genetic engineering. However, a catastrophic event occurs when scientists accidentally open a portal to Hell, unleashing hordes of demonic creatures that begin slaughtering everyone on the base. A lone marine, part of a rapid-response team sent to investigate, finds himself trapped in the facility.
