Charles Dixon is a local freelance artist and fellow artist like Briana, his character is influenced by Shirō Nishi from Whisper of the Heart, Ursula from Kiki's Delivery Service, James Earl Jones' character Mr. Mertle from The Sandlot, Geppetto from Pinocchio, Walt Disney and similar figures like Dr. Seuss, Stan Lee, Osamu Tezuka, Jim Henson, Hayao Miyazaki, and John Lasseter. He also owns a Golden Retriever named Bella who could see and hear the doodles.
