Horton, his design takes influence from Deputy Bean from Tom Sawyer, Trusty from Lady and the Tramp, Napoleon from The Aristocats, Barnyard Dawg, and Doggie Daddy, he and Officer Horton can be kinda compared to Sheriff Blubs and Deputy Durland from Gravity Falls, Wynchell and Duncan from Wreck It Ralph, Officer Landers and Officer Lister from Monster House, and Officer Toody and Officer Muldoon from Car 54 Where Are You.
