Frank Todaro (born May 1, 1977) is an American actor, voice actor, and emcee of live events who has worked on various dubs, and in stage productions. He is best known for playing the characters Starscream, Sludge, Trypticon and Longhaul in Hasbro's animated series Transformers: Prime Wars Trilogy and Mugman in the animated adaptation of Cuphead.
