Teddy Miller was a serial killer mentioned throughout the story, revealing that he is, in fact, the ghost who has been killing people, including Dominic and Chronos, seeking revenge. The first plot twist reveals that Miller was sentenced to life imprisonment thanks to Dominic and Randy, who were on the jury that convicted him. Years later, a group of Miller's followers, including Cruz's brother Jorge, decided to steal the killer's weapon. The second plot twist involves them buying an artifact from Donner that allows them to bring Miller back from the afterlife to exact revenge on the jury that convicted him. This makes Donner indirectly responsible for these events, as he sold something he didn't even know about, which ultimately caused everything.
