Synopsis

Dog Man is created from an explosion. After hearing the dog's body and cop's head were dying, the nurse had a plan to create a new hero. With his new friends, Dog Man faces off against the Mayor trying to fire Chief, fight evil Hot Dogs with their Gyro and battle Petey who seeks to super-dumb the city to pull off the fastest bank heist.
