A villain from the Doctor Who audio dramas, this deranged renegade Time Lord is notorious for not only wreaking havoc in the cosmos, but as well as their condition called regenerative dissonance, where each time they regenerate, the previous incarnations still lives on as distinct personas, all bickering, plotting, arguing, trying to take control over the body.
