Dr. Stephen Strange has tragically lost the use of his hands, with no other options to fix them he heads to a place known as Kamar-Taj. A place for supernatural and magical purposes, Stephen seeks the aid of the so-called Ancient One. Years after training with the Ancient One and his fellow monks, the place is ambushed by the sorcerer Kaecilius, who ends up killing the Ancient One.
