After a tragic car accident, gifted but egotistical neurosurgeon Stephen Strange is robbed of the use of his hands, and he seeks out the fabled Ancient One in Kamar Taj, Tibet. There, he is introduced to the mysterious and dangerous ways of alternate dimensions. Going under the Ancient One's teachings, Strange begins to unlock the secrets of the Mystic Arts. But when he accidentally goes too far, it's up to him to stop a dark and unpredictable force that threatens both the world and all of reality.
