Synopsis

Victor D’Oria has been suffering with the trauma of the experiments he sustained at the hands of Franklin Storm, eventually Victor can’t take it anymore and decides to break into the prison Franklin is at and killing him. However Franklin’s daughter Sue along with the rest of the original crew, head out to see if they can try to stop Victor.

Description of Franklin Storm:

Franklin Storm has absolutely no remorse for anything he put his kids or Victor through. When Victor finally breaks into the penitentiary holding Franklin, Victor wastes no time before roasting him with his electricity. Sue and Johnny then grieve over their fathers body, even after everything he did, they still loved him.
