Synopsis

Disney Dreamlight Valley is a life simulation-adventure video game developed and published by Gameloft based on and featuring various characters owned by The Walt Disney Company. The game has players tend to a magical valley populated by various Disney and Pixar characters who previously underwent a curse that caused them to lose their memories of their lives in the valley.

Description of Ruler of Dreamlight Valley / The Forgotten (Player):

The Ruler of Dreamlight Valley, referred to as the Player, is the playable character of Disney Dreamlight Valley. The former ruler of the valley, their curiosity accidentally created The Forgotten, a darker aspect of themselves, who forced them and everyone in their home to forget each other. After living in reality for some time, Merlin reached the Ruler through their dreams, though he did not remember who they were. They took up the mantle as the "New Ruler" and began to attempt to fix the valley.
