Mr. Winky is the main antagonist of The Wind in the Willows, which made up a segment to Disney's 1949 animated feature film The Adventures of Ichabod and Mr. Toad. He is the secret leader of a gang of Weasels, who tricked Toad into trading his estate for the motorcar that they had stolen. He is most likely a human version of the Chief Weasel from the original story.
