Francis is a bulldog and one of the deuteragonists of Disney's 1988 animated feature film Oliver & Company. He is one of Fagin's dogs. Winston Churchill, whose appearance was often compared to being like a bulldog, is who his character is loosely based on. Thus, he has an upper-class London accent and enjoys theatre, the arts, and especially acting.
