The second representative of Wild Pines sent to negotiate with the Union. Joyce is knowledgeable, cooperative, friendly, and shockingly ethical for a corporate executive. She doesn't hide that she is putting her company’s interests first, but she does try her hardest to keep violence and mayhem out of Martinaise.
