Cornelius Mazurka is a musician hermit who lives with his dinosaur partner Henriette in the ruined bridge tower over the Juila River. Cornelius once conducted a “seventy-five-piece consort of brassmen and hadros” in Ruhmsburg. He maintains a collection of antique instruments, but no one plays them but himself.
