Synopsis

Some time after the events of RoboCop 3, Donald Johnson, acting head of the recovering OCP, uncovers an experiment involving a radical field: alternate universes. Upon a successful test, Johnson comes into contact with three unlikely allies: cult leader Ra's al Ghul; crime boss Wilson Fisk, a.k.a. the Kingpin; and alien criminal Christella Revi. This alliance forces RoboCop to look for help, including two vigilantes and an impulsive alien police officer -- as well as create other problems when two men learn about this and feel slighted.

Description of Ra's al Ghul:

Using a mysterious systems of chemical pits known as the Lazarus Pits to prolong his life, Ra's al Ghul is the centuries-old leader of the League of Assassins. An eco-terrorist, al Ghul seeks to preserve the environment -- at the cost of much of humanity. Coming to view the superhero known as the Batman as a worthy equal, Ra's al Ghul wants the Dark Knight to become his heir. However, when a businessman named Donald Johnson comes in with a strange proposal, Ra's takes him up on it, allying himself with not only Johnson, but a crime boss called the Kingpin and an alien criminal called Christella Revi.
