Description of Petermon (English Dub):

One of the main villains of the Children's Day event mission. Petermon is a Digimon who fears growing up, and believes that the life of a full-grown Digimon is nothing but pain and sorrow. Thus, he's begun kidnapping baby Digimon and whisking them away to Never-Everland, where they can stay young and carefree for all their existence. But when Hina and An intervene, he may find himself reevaluating his worldview.
