Description of William Heller (The White Dragon):
A previous acquaintance of Floyd from when he was younger, events thrust the two into contact again after years without seeing each other. Heller had a difficult childhood and ended up being adopted by his extremely racist grandfather who had a huge influence on his views which he still holds to this day.
