Synopsis

After many supporting roles, Sammy Lucas finally gets a starring role… in a play! During a somehow successful run, the unexpected breakout star is killed in an accident on stage. Unconvinced her death was accidental, Sammy looks back at the events that happened backstage, hoping to discover which of the dysfunctional cast and crew had dunnit.

Description of Mona Salazar (The Replacement):

One of Cary's old costars, who originated an important supporting role in his play off-Broadway. She was turned down for the role since Cary wanted someone younger, but she now takes the role after the death of Ada, who played the role on Broadway. She is still visibly bitter. And insane.
