Willam is the one of the first psychopaths Calvin encounters. His fight takes place at happy trails penitentiary. He is seen beating the everliving crap out of Joseph while forcing Carly to watch because they accidentally disrespected his cellmates. Willam thinks of the prisoners as the family he always wanted. He has a strong Brooklyn accent. Calvin notices William beating up Joseph and tries to defuse the situation and accidentally ends up escalating it. He is defeated and killed by calvin.
