Synopsis

Set in 1940's style film-noir (gangsters, fine suits, and evil mob-bosses... mixed with zombies, radioactive mutants, and cursed statues), this live action series' plot follows recently deceased Private Investigator Fred Neuman (a no-nonsense badass with a penchant for violence and fine suits) as he explores Hope Falls, New Jersey on a quest to track down his killers, solve his last contact's case for him—which led him to the decaying city in the first place—and above all, find his missing head.

Description of Fred Nueman ("Dead Head Fred"):

Once a private investigator, Fred was working on a special case: the sudden disappearance of Hope Falls' benefactor, Vinni Rossinni. When he was getting close to cracking the case, he was approached by Ulysses S. Pitt and his goons and was shot for his trouble. Now reanimated by Dr. Steiner and headless, Fred reopens the case as he attempts to remember what happened the night he died, stop Pitt once and for all and get his head back.
