Now known as The Doctor, he stalks his victims with an unsettling combination of clinical precision and unhinged glee, using electroshock therapy and surgical tools as weapons. His fractured psyche oscillates between cold, methodical calculation and manic, unpredictable violence. Herman is gaunt and haunted-looking, bearing visible scars and burns from his experiments.
