One of the few un-turned residents of Potter’s Cove, Joe is the primary doctor in town. He accidentally uncovers that the residents are dead after going over a tissue sample that Sheriff Dan brought him. He reveals this information to Dan, but is cornered in his lab by the locals immediately afterwards, and dies when Lisa splashes him with corrosive chemicals. He reappears shortly thereafter with no wounds to speak with Dan. It is clear that at this point, Dobbs has reanimated him. Having already been a local, his name and profession remain the same. Aged 40-60
