Originally a troubled teen runaway, Chance is picked up by Ernie while hitchhiking. She is a white nationalist or a neo-nazi, since she has a swastika tattooed on her neck. She asks if he knows where to get any speed, and he says he does. Ernie drives her into the boatyard, where she fears he is going to rape her. However, many townspeople appear and hold her down while Ernie crushes her head with a large chunk of cement. She is taken to Dr. Dobbs, who ‘perfects’ her, skins the swastiki off of her, reanimates her, and gives her the name Charlotte. She starts up a community garden, and then opens a farmers market. Aged 18-19.
