Synopsis

A suspense horror film set in a small coastal town, Potter’s Bluff, where after a series of gory murders commited by mobs of townspeople against visiting tourists, the corpses begin to come back to life. How does the town coroner bring these tourists back as part of their small-town, ever-increasing in its charm and hospitality? Is he freeing them from their depressing lives and offering them a new chance, is he a crazed monster, a macabre genius? And how far has this gone?

Description of Bettie Ingalls (Police Receptionist):

Bettie is Sheriff Dan’s receptionist/secretary. She is spacy, and spends a large amount of her time confused about what she’s supposed to tell who in the station. She is frequently seen painting her nails, or gossiping with the officers. Her death is briefly shown when Dobbs shows his before and after images of the townsfolk. It’s revealed she was a recently divorced alcoholic tourist looking for a new place to settle down, and was stabbed outside of the town bar by an unseen local. Aged 55-70
