Now taking the name "Superman", he then discovers his true identity as a Kryptonian when he meets General Dru-Zod, whom he releases from the Phantom Zone along with other Kryptonians. However, he is unaware of Zod's new purpose on Earth and his soothing hatred for Superman's REAL famiily...
