Synopsis

Nightwing tries to discover what happened to Jericho after his first clash with the Teen Titans a 8 years prior and gets help from Oracle and Huntress. However, Talia Al Ghul had sent Deathstroke to finally kill Dick Grayson and she sent her own assassin: Red X to take care of him before he can discover the truth.

Three men have held the title of "The Fastest Man Alive"—Jay Garrick, Barry Allen and Wally West. Each of them redefined the word "hero." The most famous of these is the Flash, also known as the Fastest Man Alive.
