Emiko Queen ( born in 1993) is the daughter of Robert Queen and Kazumi Adachi, as well as the half-sister of Oliver Queen.She was the former of the terrorist organization the Ninth Circle.Emiko's ultimate goal was to tarnish Oliver's legacy by framing him for destroying Star City, which ultimately failed. Due to this and her vendetta against the Queen family resulting in the Ninth Circle's existence being exposed to the public. However she redeemed herself by helping Oliver destroy the Ninth Circle. She is a new member of Team Arrow and part time member of Titans.
