A big battle between Sonic and Surge has somehow enlightened the duo. Surge and Kit find out that a chip was installed to their brains that gives them this mindset: “Trust Starline. Kill Sonic. Kill Tails. Kill Amy Rose. Kill everyone Sonic loves. They’re the ones who turned you into this. Trust Starline.” No wonder they acted like robots. And this solves the mystery on why Surge and Kit blame Sonic and his friends for what happened to them. Now the chips are destroyed since Surge was so angry she shocked them! Now they know the real enemy was Starline, who took everything away from them.
