Synopsis

Starline has returned, and now he’s not alone. He experimented on two innocent children and tortured them into cyborgs, becoming the powerful duo known as Surge the Tenrec and Kitsunami the Fennec! Surge is fast as the speed of light, and can harness and control electricity, and Kitsunami can manipulate water. Both have proven to be a challenge to Sonic and his friends, and even might be more powerful than Shadow! Will Sonic still keep his title as the fastest thing alive, or will Surge give him a “shocking” reality check?

Description of Dr. Starline:

Starline wanted revenge for Sonic destroying his life’s work, so he kidnapped two innocent children and experimented on them, resulting in Surge and Kit. Their pain blinded them to the point where they trust Starline, and he becomes a Mammoth-Mogul type of father figure to Surge and Kit, showing no compassion or empathy. But is it really the pain that blinds Surge and Kit, or was it something more . . . personal?
