Synopsis

After years without a numbered Saw Film, we get to see David Fincher put his touch on the series. Detective David Ward is a CIA operative, who gets drugged and he wakes up in a saw trap. He narrowly escapes and the voice of John Kramer himself comes on the intercom to tell him to escape his game, or die horrifically trying. Along the way Ward meets other people in their own games, and attempts to get them out.

Description of Connor Gordon:

Connor is the last of the survivors stuck in the game. He’s never seen escaping his own trap, only eluding to it. He seems to know a lot about the game and ways to escape the puzzles, eventually we find out he was Jigsaw’s inside man for this game. It turns out he is the son of Lawrence Gordon from Saws 1 and 7, elected by his father to become the new apprentice of Jigsaw
