he is one of the main supporting characters in the tv show aswell as the game!! Cobra is always looking for a way to make money and has no issue using questionable methods to achieve these goals. As a part of his on going money making schemes he has made several deals with characters including Doctor Bacon, Duff and Udo to hire out Dave's services as a diver having already signed working contracts without Dave's permission or knowledge.
