Synopsis

Taking place sometime after Scoob!, the villainous duo, Dick Dastardly and Muttley find themselves allying with their former Wacky Race rivals to prevent the Hooded Claw and a dangerous band of villains from stealing Penelope Pitstop’s family fortune. (“No one messes with the Wacky Racers but Dick Dastardly!”) But the mission gets Dastardly sidetracked when he unexpectedly takes Professor Pat Pending’s assistant/adoptive daughter, Keiko under his wing.

Description of Suyin Iwao (née: Chikao-Ohtsuka) (Keiko’s late mother):

Suyin was Keiko’s loving mother, an former exchange student during Dick Dastardly’s teenage years though she was in kindergarten. She died from a car accident during a hazardous snowstorm along with her husband, rendering Keiko an orphan. It’s later revealed that Dastardly liked Suyin for not only her beauty, but her strength, and gave her a necklace (which later Keiko wears) as his only gift of love.
