Twiddle owns a small goods shop in the Whitechapel district of London. Much like the character from the original, he acts as somewhat of a comic relief. He is a good friend of Francis, and after being told of his identity as the Wolf Man by him, he agrees to help Mary in peacefully capturing him. He ultimately ends up dying in the confusion caused by Francis' escape from captivity.
