A priest turned hardened and cold blooded mercenary, first appearing in Daredevil #248 during the Nocenti run. He is a highly dangerous villain who works for but eventually betrays the Owl. His powers stem from being able to morph the skin and other organs of his arms to any weapons he wishes, be it energy based or bullet based.
