He's seen even robbing a bank in nyc, of course spidey comes to stop. Unfortunately for him however, the foreigner has the psionic abilities to freeze time, and spidey learns those powers the hard way. Eventually, he is stopped, and as he's taken to the police station, the foreigner calls spider-man a worthy opponent, and hopes that he'll break out again, just he can fight him again.
