Buddy is an anthropomorphic cat who live with his friendly elderly owners. One day he is captured by a mexican scientist who turns him into a cyborg to be used as the strongest cyber-cat to fighting forces of evil. Buddy leaves and returns home to continue wearing a suit closely looks like him despite his new robotic appearance and amazing abilities.
