A 19 year old man named Simon henriksson gets hit by a car, and his therapist Dr purnell makes him do cognitive therapy to help with the trauma. In the book that Simon writes for the cognitive therapy, Simon wakes up in an alley way and has to try to escape stockholm Sweden, killing monsters, and other things along the way, even watching his friend and crush Sophie commit suicide. In the end, Simon is revealed to be a crippled man and has to fight a demon manifestation of himself, and he ends up killing it. Although the whole sequence is him on drugs and he actually kills 2 cops and ends up in a mental hospital
