Helen Frederick Otis, better known as the Bloody Painter is the villainous titular protagonist of the original Creepypasta and the Prequel of the same name. He was a 14-year-old boy who murdered his entire class after suffering bullying, who would later go to a psychiatric hospital to be treated, but although his psychiatrist believed that he recovered, he had not and continued killing. He had a tragic past, since, when he was very young, his parents made him act and dress like a girl, until at the age of six they made him abandon those customs and act like a boy (causing him emotional distress)..
