The Commandos and their allies land on Scartarus. It's a world from an alternate dimension that is connected to dinosaur island. The Commandos help Warlord and his people fight off Deimos. He is revealed to be the Greek God Deimos. It turns out that Deimos was banished to Scartarus a long time ago. Also, Scartarus is connected to Atlantis by having some people colonize Atlantis and keeping some Atlanteans. Over time they turned into Lizard people from nuclear radiation. The rest
of Atlantis sank into the ocean to rebuild Atlantis. After a few deaths in the season, the Commandos defeat Deimos and bring peace to Scartarus. Throughout the season though, Checkmate is searching for the Commandos and eventually find them. They start to attack Scartarus but the Commandos stop them. Sadly Warlord's son dies because of Checkmate and swears revenge. But the Commandos and their allies are taken back to America.
