Dr. Neo Cortex and his lackies are creating an army from mutated animals they have captured during their expeditions, but Cortex's plan to create a violent general from a bandicoot results in a dim-witted do-gooder instead. This bandicoot, named Crash, escapes from the lab with his sister where they meet a magical mask guardian who agrees to help them make their way back to the lab to rescue all the other non-mutated animals.read more
