He is the captain of his volley team (Blue Ravens) as the previous captain was arrested for armed robbery two hours before the final game of the season. The team was dismoralized wondering if they should play the game or miss it. Leo just silently stood up and went to the field to play. The team stopped their dicussions and went after him and they won that game.
